• Être garant du bon suivi des dossiers : assurer une documentation précise et un enregistrement rigoureux des données pour faciliter la continuité du service.

The Job:

• You will have an indefinite full-time contract.
• You will have rotating shifts: mornings (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and evenings (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM), with occasional work on holidays and weekends.
• You will be a part of great working atmosphere within an international team.
• You will perform customer support via email, chat, and phone calls.
• You will handle customer management using a CRM platform.
• You will sometimes create document translation.
• You will manage cross-functional collaboration with different teams to resolve issues.

The Individual:

• We need a new team member with native-level Italian and upper-intermediate Spanish and English to provide excellent customer service!
• You have more than one year of experience in a similar role.
• You have previously worked with high-volume tickets and CRM platforms.
• You are able to translate documents from Italian to English.
• You have communication skills in order to troubleshoot issues to different departments.
• You are available to work rotating shifts and some weekends and bank holidays.

The Job:

• You are the friendly voice of PAJ, who informs our customers by phone when their finder triggers an alarm.
• You remain calm and empathetic in order to be able to support the customer in an emergency.
• You also process written customer enquiries and find uncomplicated and customer-oriented solutions for all challenges.
• You carefully take care of the maintenance of our internal data system.
