Job Position Overview

Type of position: Full-time

Work experience:
Experience in hardware and software testing

Language: German and English

Work location: Hybrid. Windeck-Hurst (on-site min. 2 days/week)

The Job:

  • Systematically test GPS tracker devices—hardware and firmware—and document results with precision
  • Collect, structure, and communicate product feedback clearly to the development team
  • Write test reports and contribute actively to product improvement proposals
  • Test companion apps on iOS and Android and evaluate real user experience
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to reproduce and resolve bugs

The Individual:

  • If you are a curious, independent, hands-on person with an interest in testing hardware and software, this could be the role for you!
  • Has interest testing hardware devices (embedded/IoT), with a curious and hands-on approach to understanding how and why things fail
  • Knowledgeable of software testing (manual & automated) and comfortable working independently to structure and execute test plans without close supervision
  • A clear, analytical communicator in German and English who can translate technical findings into well-written test reports and documentation that engineers and product teams can act on
  • Versed in technical writing in order to create test reports & documentation
  • A natural problem-solver who brings structured thinking to ambiguous situations and takes initiative
  • Familiar with GPS or tracking technology, and/or experienced testing iOS and Android apps with an eye for user experience (nice to have)
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome (0 to 1 year of professional experience). Internship or project experience in hardware/software testing is a plus.

Job Position Overview

Experience: 2-4 years in similar positions

Type of position: Full-Time

Salary range: 30k-45k

Workplace: Germany / Hybrid

The Job:

  • Build and implement AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows.
  • Develop practical software solutions using AI APIs, automation tools, integrations, and backend logic.
  • Extend existing systems and workflows with AI features.
  • Work with internal teams to understand needs and turn them into usable technical solutions.
  • Build prototypes quickly and improve them into reliable working tools.
  • Connect AI tools with existing platforms, databases, APIs, and internal processes.
  • Write, test, and ship clean, functional code.
  • Document solutions clearly so other team members can understand and use them.
  • Independently research new tools, technologies, and approaches when needed.

The Individual:

  • Real hands-on experience building AI-based projects.
  • A portfolio, demo, GitHub repository, or other proof of work is required for the application.
  • Solid programming skills and the ability to write and ship code.
  • Experience with projects such as: AI APIs and automation, backend logic, databases, server-side applications, Internal tools, workflow automation, integrations between different systems, and AI agents, assistants, or custom AI workflows.
  • Ability to understand existing workflows and improve them with AI.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly in English.
