How do I activate my 3 months of Premium?

You will receive an activation code with your order.

Simply enter this code along with the ID number of your GPS tracker (located on the device) on our activation page after you receive it. This will give you immediate access to your 3-month Premium subscription - at no additional cost.

The first 3 months are already included in the purchase price.

What happens after the first 3 months?

After the 3 included months of Premium, your subscription will automatically continue with the plan you selected upon activation—for example, Lite starting at $2.50/month with a 2-year billing cycle. You can switch to Basic or Premium at any time. You’ll receive a reminder 7 days before your first payment, and you can cancel at any time.

What is the difference between Lite, Basic and Premium?

Lite includes live tracking and the FINDER Portal.

Basic adds all alerts and 3 days of route history.

Premium offers the full package: 365 days of route history, prioritized 24/7 support, and lifetime device replacement as long as your Premium subscription is active

Can I cancel or change my access before the free period ends?

Yes! You remain flexible at all times and can easily manage, adjust, or end your access in your customer account.

How can I pay for or upgrade my subscription afterwards?

The battery can last up to 10 days with power saving mode enabled, while with daily tracking active, it will last between 1 and 3 days.

How does the new WiFi Home feature work?

Using the FINDER Portal app, you can define surrounding Wi-Fi networks (2.4 GHz networks only) as Wi-Fi Homes. The Wi-Fi networks scanned by the device (Wi-Fi Homes) then form the Wi-Fi Home Zone and are subsequently synchronized with the FINDER.

As soon as the FINDER is within the Wi-Fi Home Zone, the device's GPS module is automatically deactivated in order to save battery. This state remains until the device is out of range of the Wi-Fi Home Zone – in this case, the GPS module is reactivated.
