How do I activate my 3 months of Premium?

You will receive an activation code with your order.

After you receive it, simply enter this code together with the ID number of your GPS tracker (found on the device) on our activation page. This will start your 3-month Premium access immediately, at no additional cost.

After the 3 months of Premium, your access will automatically switch to 2 years of Lite. This is also already included in the purchase price.

Can I upgrade during the Lite term?

Yes, you can upgrade to a Basic or Premium subscription at any time during the 2-year Lite term. This gives you access to the full range of features of the FINDER Portal again, completely flexibly according to your needs.

What happens after the first 27 months?

After 3 months of Premium and 24 months of Lite, your free access ends. You can then decide flexibly whether you would like to continue using the service. You will only move to a paid subscription if you actively choose to do so.

Which features are included in Premium and Lite?

Premium (3 months): Enjoy the full range of features of the FINDER Portal, including live tracking, alarm functions, lifetime warranty, and much more.

Lite (24 months): Basic live tracking in the FINDER Portal.

Can I cancel or change access before the free period ends?

Yes. You remain fully flexible and can easily manage, adjust, or end your access at any time in your customer account.

Before your free access ends, we will inform you in good time by email. After that, you can choose the right subscription in just a few steps and continue to enjoy all the benefits of your tracker.
