At PAJ GPS, we’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRO Analyst to help us optimize the digital customer journey across our eCommerce websites built on WordPress and WooCommerce. You will play a key role in identifying and addressing friction points, enhancing conversion paths, and improving overall website performance based on behavioral data and usability insights.

The Job:

• Analyze user behavior across our WordPress and WooCommerce websites using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms.
• Identify friction points and improvement opportunities across key customer journeys.
• Perform QA and usability testing across devices and browsers.
• Use heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data to support insights and hypotheses.
• Recommend data-driven changes to CTAs, forms, navigation, and layout.
• Run and analyze A/B or multivariate tests to improve conversions.

The Individual:

• Take full ownership of our E-Logbook product, from feature development to market positioning.
• Identify new target audiences and market opportunities to expand our customer base.
