INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

The right of withdrawal described below applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.

A. Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days. It begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement. Please send your statement to:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you send your statement concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction. A different method will only be used if this has been expressly agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

For contracts concerning the delivery of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General information on returning goods

1. Please protect the goods from damage and contamination. Where possible, return the goods in their original packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, also use suitable protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging that provides adequate protection against possible damage during transport.
2. Please do not return the goods carriage forward.
3. The recommendations set out in points 1 and 2 are not a condition for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
