To ensure proper functionality of our GPS trackers for vehicles, the use of a special SIM card is required. This card allows real-time tracking without coverage restrictions or additional costs, even with frequent location updates.

Power supply
EThe USB GPS Finder 4G is connected via your vehicle's 12V cigarette lighter , which supplies the device with power from the vehicle battery.
In many vehicle models, the power from the 12 V socket is only available when the ignition is switched on . The FINDER therefore switches off automatically after approx. 30 minutes when the vehicle is stationary. If the vehicle is switched on and started again, the FINDER must be restarted. It can therefore take a few minutes until the GPS tracker sends the first route points back to the portal.
